By accessing the Ashunt Online website, creating an account, or using any services provided by Ashunt Online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue the use of our services.

1. Independent Community Project

Ashunt Online is an independently developed and operated private Silkroad Online community project.

Ashunt Online is not officially connected with:

Joymax Co., Ltd.
Any official Silkroad Online publisher
Any official distributor
Any intellectual property owner

Ashunt Online is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, represented by, or otherwise officially connected with these parties.

All trademarks, logos, copyrights, and other intellectual property related to Silkroad Online remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Age Rating (PEGI 12)

Ashunt Online is designed in accordance with the PEGI 12 age rating.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 12 years of age
You are legally permitted to access and use our services under the laws applicable in your country

Users under the age of 18 are encouraged to use the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Security

Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

Users must not disclose the following information to any third party:

Username
Password
Authentication credentials
Account access information

Account sharing is strongly discouraged.

Ashunt Online shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from account sharing, weak passwords, negligence, or a user's failure to protect their account.

All activities performed through an account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder.

4. Community and Game Rules

All users agree to comply with:

Community guidelines
Event rules
Administrative announcements
Decisions made by the Ashunt Online administration

Violations may result in administrative actions including:

Warnings
Temporary suspensions
Permanent bans
Account termination
Removal of rewards
Other in-game sanctions

Administrative decisions made by Ashunt Online are final.

5. Voluntary Donations and Digital Appreciation Rewards

Ashunt Online may accept voluntary community donations to support server development, infrastructure, maintenance, operational expenses, technical improvements, and the continued improvement of its services.

Users who voluntarily support the project may receive digital appreciation rewards intended to enhance their gameplay experience.

TL-Coin
Virtual game currencies
Cosmetic content
In-game convenience features

These digital rewards:

Do not constitute financial investments
Have no monetary value
Do not transfer ownership rights to the user

Digital rewards are provided solely as a token of appreciation for voluntary community support.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, delivered digital rewards are:

Non-refundable
Non-redeemable for cash
Non-transferable
Non-exchangeable
Not subject to repurchase by Ashunt Online

6. Virtual Content

All virtual assets available within Ashunt Online include:

Characters
Virtual currencies
Silk
TL-Coin
Silk E-Pins
Equipment
Weapons
Armor
Costumes
Pets
Skills
Statistics
Achievements
Rankings
Titles
Badges
Rune systems
Digital rewards
Event rewards
Any other virtual content

These assets remain an integral part of the Ashunt Online service.

Users receive only a limited, personal, revocable license to access and use such content while the service is available.

No ownership rights over any virtual content are transferred to users.

7. Service Availability

Ashunt Online is provided on an “as available” basis.

Service availability may be temporarily affected by:

Scheduled maintenance
Security updates
Technical failures
Internet outages
Third-party service interruptions
Force majeure events
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Ashunt Online does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Betting systems
Quests
Reward tables
NPC functionality
Server configurations
Any other digital system or virtual content

Such adjustments may include:

Buffs
Nerfs
Balance changes
Content removal
Feature replacement
System redesign
Permanent discontinuation

These modifications shall not create or imply any vested rights, ownership rights, entitlement to compensation, reimbursement, refunds, damages, or any other legal or financial claim against Ashunt Online.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ashunt Online shall not be liable for damages arising from:

Service interruptions
Data loss
Technical failures
Internet connectivity issues
Third-party services
User negligence
Security breaches beyond reasonable control

Users access and use the services entirely at their own risk.

12. Governing Language

Ashunt Online may provide translations of these Terms of Service for the convenience of international users.

The Turkish version of these Terms of Service is the sole official and legally binding version.

All English and other translated versions are provided exclusively for informational purposes.

In the event of any inconsistency, ambiguity, translation discrepancy, interpretation conflict, or legal dispute, the Turkish version shall prevail and govern all legal and administrative matters relating to Ashunt Online.
